The Forestwest BM680 160L Commercial Grade Forced Action Mortar Mixer is the highest-capacity model in the Forestwest forced action mixer range, designed for professional contractors and commercial sites where batch productivity and reduced maintenance are priorities.
The 160L mixing chamber provides a 120L batch output, allowing larger quantities of mortar, screed and cement-based materials to be prepared with fewer mixing cycles. A 2500W high-torque input motor drives the three-arm mixing system at approximately 30rpm.
A key feature of the BM680 is its maintenance-free Helical Type-R reducer gearbox. Permanently lubricated bearings eliminate the need for routine gearbox grease replacement under normal use, helping professional users reduce maintenance time and keep the mixer available for productive work.
