Our Click & Collect service lets you skip the wait and pick up your Forestwest products at your convenience. Whether it's a compact tool or a bulky machine, our friendly staff — with a forklift on hand — will have your order ready and assist with loading.

Picking up something heavy or oversized?
Make sure to bring a ute, van, or trailer for safe transport. Not sure if your vehicle is suitable for loading? Give us a call on 1300 281 198 and we’ll be happy to advise.

Here’s how easy it is:

  1. Browse & Buy Online
    Find the machinery, tools or gear you need at forestwest.com.au and check out as usual.

  2. Choose “Pick up from store” at Checkout
    No shipping fees. No waiting around. Select your closest pickup location — Melbourne or Perth.

  3. Wait for Pickup Notification
    We’ll send you a "ready to pick up" email as soon as your order is ready (usually within 1 business day). Feel free to contact us if the order is needed urgently.

  4. Pick Up & Go!
    Come in with your order confirmation and photo ID. Our friendly team will have your gear ready to roll.

👥 Need Someone Else to Pick Up?

No problem — we can release your order to someone else or a courier if needed.
To authorise another person to collect on your behalf:

  • Let us know in advance by email, including the full name of the person or the courier name and job number. 

  • Ensure the person/courier brings:

    • A copy of your order confirmation (printed or on phone)

    • Their own photo ID or a courier job showing your name and address.
