Q: Why would I want to place a backorder？

A: Forestwest always offer some discount for most backorder products, and for some high-demand product, we may sell out before we have them back. Therefore, if you place a backorder, you can secure one unit and get it on discounted price.

Q: Do I need to make payment upfront？

A: Yes, we do require payment to lock in the order and you will have one unit secured for you. 

Q: What if I change my mind or the container is delayed?

A: For all our back order customer, we promise two things. 1. We will keep you updated on the ETA of the order, and contact you as soon as we receive them. 2. If you change your mind or for any reason want to cancle this order, just contact us, and we will provide full refund back to your account, not store credits.
