The Forestwest Electric Mini-Dumper needed a little assembly but it was easy to do myself although a second person would have been useful to fit the bucket which is of solid, all metal construction. The controls are straightforward and the dead man's handle and automatic braking are excellent safety features. I have several acres of dense, gently sloping woodland which can't be accessed using a tractor and trailor but the Mini-Dumper goes anywhere. I have been using it to cart heavy logwood and it has proven to be powerful and robust and with a load capacity of 500kg it's saving me a lot of hard physical work. The hydraulic tipping bucket is also an excellent idea for unloading. I'm very pleased with the purchase and having looked at a number of these online believe it's the best of it's kind. Money well spent !

I purchased this electric wheelbarrow about a year ago to help with moving large amounts of soil during my house construction project. Initially, I was skeptical about whether it would be durable enough or if the battery would last long enough for extended use. After seeing some online videos, I decided to take a chance and ordered it, even though I hadn’t seen it in person. The wheelbarrow arrived quickly at a warehouse near Sydney airport, where I picked it up with my trailer. Assembly was straightforward and took little time. Once assembled, I noticed that the wheelbarrow is surprisingly heavy, indicating a solid and durable build. Over the past year, I’ve moved around 100 tons of soil with this wheelbarrow, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's an excellent buddy to my mini excavator, handling loads up to its full capacity without any trouble. The motor is powerful, and it feels sturdy even under heavy loads. The battery life is impressive. Using it for a few hours daily, it lasts a week or more before needing to be recharged. This was a pleasant surprise, as I initially worried about frequent recharging. The hydraulic tip is a fantastic feature, I can’t imagine how anyone would manage the manual tip version. Being electric, it’s very quiet compared to traditional motorised wheelbarrows. The absence of engine noise while waiting to load or unload is a big plus. The only tricky part is manoeuvrability. It's not easy to steer when it's fully loaded and the ground is not flat (ie soft soil). In situations like that moving forward is especially difficult, but if you reverse instead, that's much easier. However reversing speed is much slower than forward speed. I don't really see a reason for it, I think they should make reverse speed same as forward one. But over time you learn how to steer it. Overall, it's an amazing piece of equipment.
